Filing a confirmation statement is one of the simplest Companies House filings. If nothing about your company has changed, it takes a few minutes online.
How to file online
Sign in to WebFiling with your account and authentication code, choose to file a confirmation statement, review the details Companies House holds, update anything that has changed, and confirm. You can also file with commercial software.
The deadline
Your confirmation statement is due once every 12 months. The review period runs from the date of your last statement, and you have 14 days after the period ends to file.
The fee
There is an annual fee to file: £50 online through WebFiling or software, and £110 if you file a paper CS01 by post. The fee covers a full year no matter how many statements you file in it.
